2. Vacancy Details
NPCIL has announced a total of 400 vacancies for the post of Executive Trainee, with positions spread across multiple engineering disciplines. 3. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline with at least 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST). A valid GATE score in the corresponding subject is mandatory. Applicants should be no older than 26 years as of the closing date, with age relaxations applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.

4. Selection Process
Shortlisting of candidates will be strictly on the basis of their GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for a personal interview to assess technical knowledge, aptitude, and suitability. The final merit list will be prepared by combining normalized GATE scores and interview performance.

5. Job Details & Salary
Selected candidates will join as Executive Trainees, receiving a training stipend of ₹55,000 per month. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Scientific Officer ‘C’ with an initial pay level of ₹56,100 plus allowances. Executives will be posted at various NPCIL sites across India, gaining hands-on exposure to nuclear power operations.
